Hi There, I'm really excited about the possibilities with Reportz. Was wondering if I wanted to add dashboards in the future (25 is enough for my needs right now). It looks like the current price would be an additional $10 per month? Also, if we archive a dashboard, does that free up one of the 25 slots? Hello, I have a question before submitting. We have 3 different companies. Each of these companies has several locations and therefore several social media accounts. For example we have 6 instagram accounts, 6 Facebook pages, 2 YouTube channels, 1 Pinterest, 1 twitter account. Each of these 3 companies would need their own workspace so only this client, their team and our team can access their “workspace”. If possible I would like to see if it would be possible to split the analytics we will show into different tabs etc: - website traffic (google analytics)- maybe orders (custom solution on Laravel (not wordpress) - if possible. - And social media reporting: stats like followers, like, comments, engagement, CVR / CTR and so on. This is a good product. I can't write a review, because Appsumo lost my purchase record from 2018. during their migration to a new site, so I'll appreciate this tool in the comments section.|Reportz is really useful and easy to use. You can combine reports and numbers from a couple of places (FB, Google,...)|But, one "hidden" feature is that you can fetch some parameters that aren't even present in the native FB or Google Ads dashboard. Reportz provide a large number of parameters, and it's also possible to combine them and get a custom set of metrics.|Support is great. All these 5 years from the first launch on AS. They have always responded on time and concretely.

I purchased this when it first arrived on AppSumo, and I'm curious about what the roadmap looks like now. I haven't noticed any major feature updates since then. Are you still developing it? What changes have occurred in the last two years?

The first reports I am using for my clients is Google Search. What I miss now are the views of which pages are popular and the devices (mobile, desktop, tablet) These items are available in Google Search.Is it possible to integrate these also?

This looks like an interesting offer. Just bought one code today, given that the deal is ending in a few hours. However, will Reportz offer a discounted rate for Sumolings to add more dashboards in the future? Nor keen to stack multiple codes at the moment as it's unclear whether we will ever need more than 20 but it'd be good to have an affordable upgrade path, even if it's not on the same LTD terms as this deal.

Does Reportz.io have any plans to implement some form of review management? Response to reviews is a huge ranking factor. No disrespect, but because Reportz.io doesn't have some of its own native functionality like your competitor AgencyA...., it would be amazing if Reportz.io could aggregate data from all review sites. so our clients could respond from Reportz.io's dashboard

Hi Vicoshalom.|1. Once you connect your Instagram account to reports, and add widgets you need, they will automatically pick up any data that you have. So for example your follower count, you will be able to see the present, gained, and lost numbers, for daily and/or monthly.|2. You can make widgets with those metrics and many others metrics for Facebook ads. Hi Team,|I have a couple of questions:1) When will you be integrating Twitter? I'm surprised that even though the deal was up on AppSumo in 2018 until now Twitter has not been included. Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA on when Twitter integration will be added, as we are already working on some other integrations and features. :)|2) You can have all of the integrations you'd want in a single dashboard. You can create a dashboard for each of your clients with all of the necessary integrations that you need. There are no restrictions on how many integrations you can have per dashboard. The "digital" aspect is that they are delivered digitally and measurable using such metrics. Video and Streaming Audio are also digital channels. ;-) Video Ads usually convert better than text and image ads when you can deliver and test them in the same channel. So basically Reportz is just consolidating the big three tech company channels. That's OK. But I wouldn't say you're focus in on "digital" marketing.

Hey Jesse, we can all agree that video and streaming audio are digital channels. We just wanted to explain that our (Reportz’) main focus was on these four: SEO, PPC, social media and e-commerce. Reportz was created by our SEO agency Four Dots - who decided to create their own reporting tool. The tool is meeting all the demands of our business, and a lot of different companies have expressed interest in trying out our tool. That’s why it became commercial, and over the years we have added many more demanding features and integrations. Unfortunately, Pandora and Spotify were not among them.

I purchased Reportz some time ago during your first AppSumo deal. I bought (5) codes yet it is not reflected under my account. Rather, under the 'Subscription' tab, there is a denotation, as follows: 'Bonus free dashboards 100' ...Hmm? 🤔|It's a bit concerning to say the least.|Shouldn't there be some reference to 'AppSumo' under our accounts to ensure that moving forward, Sumo-lings are never in danger of losing the dashboards we've purchased? If by some chance a Reportz support rep was viewing my account for example, they'd have no idea how i came about those dashboards although they were a significant purchase.|In such a case, if that support rep decided to delete them, there'd be nothing we could do. Hi Sumo-Les!|Yes, you can. When you are making an Accuranker widget, you have an option to choose which account and which domain you wanna use. You just need to connect all accounts you wanna use to Reportz, or add multiple domains to one account, and you will be able to make widgets for Accuranker with each client haveing their own dashboard.|Let me know if you have any more questions here or via our live chat :)

Hi there!|You can actually create your own dashboard templates. To do that, you can simply click on the clone button and you will get an exact duplicate of the first dashboard. After that, you can customize the dashboard and later on use it as a template for when you're creating other dashboards.|Happy reporting!

Hi there, I have a few questions...|1. Say if we wanted to do a report (dashboard) for Facebook and Google ads. Will it auto update and include all ads that are run? Or will it just report one ad, then you have to create another report etc for any other ads that are run after that. Also, can you segment the ads? Ie- if you had multiple ads running (from one account), can you see in the dashboard the different ads? Or can you only view one ad? Or does it just give you the total metrics from all ads that are running?|2. With the report sharing - does the client also get that feature on their end? Ie - they get to also share the live link and export as a pdf.|3. Hi there!|I'll try my best to answer your questions 😄|1. You can configure your widgets to show you both. You can make a widget that will show you the data on, Account, Campaign, Ad Group, or Ad level. If you wanna see all Ads in one place, you can configure the widget like that, or if you wanna see one Ad per widget you can do that too. You can also make a trial account to test things out yourself.|2. If your client has the link, he can share and download the PDF. Though, you can put a password on the dashboard and change the link's URL whenever you want.|3. To connect to Facebook or Google, you will need to have admin privileges. But the number above the graph shows you the numbers for the selected period. Hi there!|You can automate reporting directly only with the integrations that are currently available. Any other integration that isn't available can be manually added through Google Sheets. If you can export data from there and put it into Google Sheets then you can add it into Reportz. Hi there!|We are currently working on adding Bing integration, there are some issues with their API but we hope to have it up and running in the near future.|We don't have integrations for Yandex and Screpy. Hello!|Google Data Studio can only pull data from other Google tools, where for any other integrations, for example, Facebook it has to do that through a plugin for which you often have to pay extra. On the other side, Reportz can pull data from all Google tools and many other integrations. And with us, you don't have to pay additionally for that. 🙂

Hi, I have a question about Dashboards - does 1 dashboard = 1 client? so if I get 5 codes, I can have 100 clients? what happens when I go over 100 clients? I wouldn't need 100 different variations of dashboards, but may have more than 100 clients over the lifetime - would I need to go back and delete some clients over time to open up more spaces?|or is a dashboard a template I can reuse for multiple clients (so I may only need 10 templates that I reuse over and over)?Can someone explain why I might need to stack multiple codes?

Generally, our recommendation is one dashboard per client/business, as you mentioned, as you are connecting your client’s accounts and properties into the one dashboard, which you then share with your client.
If you surpass 100 clients, you can always archive the dashboards you are currently not using, and then make room for new ones. However, if you need all 100 dashboards at the same time - there will always be an option to buy additional dashboards and to pay for them on a monthly basis.
Alternatively - you can test out our free trial option before deciding. That way you have 15 days to “test the waters” and you can estimate how many dashboards you might need in the future, and which of these deals would be most suitable for you.|Let me know if you have any further questions! :)

Hello Ruben, and thank you for your interest!|A dashboard is basically a report, containing all your most important marketing metrics and KPIs. We generally recommend one dashboard per client.|Dashboards can contain widgets displaying data from different online sources (Google Analytics, Ads, Search Console, My Business; Facebook & Instagram Ads, Social; etc.) all in one place. You will be able to easily filter and customize the data you want to display.|Additionally, you can customize and brand each dashboard with your and your customer's logo and colors. You can even white-label your reporting with a custom subdomain and email, so if you want to send your reports to clients from your own subdomain, you'll be able to do that.|There is an option to create a template for your typical report (dashboard), and once it's set up it's very easy to just replicate that template for other clients.|Let me know if you have any more questions! :)

Thanks for coming to AppSumo!|I've been playing with reportz, and like it so far, but unless I am missing something, there seems to be a glaring problem. Let's say we send this to a client, or prospective clients, etc. It looks good! They want to click back through to our agency site. or to some additional info, maybe a form we give them, or a "next steps" or a "recommendations" plan From what I can see, there is no way to get an outbound link anywhere on the report-- not on the logo spot where we can upload our logo, or anywhere else. Without the ability to put a single button on the page, there is no chance of having this be part of any funnel, or part of any process. It is literally a dead-end.|I want to keep the clients in the flow of looking at things-- whether that is a CTA at the bottom of the analytics to upsell more services, or our own page outlining recommendations based on the data they are looking at, I need a way to move them to the next place in the customer journey.|Is this possible? If not, is the ability to add HTML and/or buttons to the page on the roadmap? Could adding HTML to a text block be an intermediate solution? Is HTML allowed in the text blocks now?|This is so close to being great, but the ability to add our own CTA, or link, just seems both basic and critical.

Never used Oviond :) but in general, we are three years old tool, well polished, with awesome support, and as the LTD user you get full features access, with all future integrations and new features (like our current automatic email reporting, mission control, etc).|Hope this helps :)

Hey Ilan,|Great question!You can actually add as many domains to a single dashboard as you want. No matter which integration. It's great when you want a "bird eye view of main KPIs for all your websites".|Our data is pulled on the widget level, not on a dashboard level, but even then, you can merge multiple widgets into one :)

Although, we do have an alternative way of how you can connect Youtube and Twitter with Reportz, where you can track Youtube data with Google Analytics. Hi everyone!|You would need to make a new property in Google Analytics after that go into your Youtube account and input GA tracking ID into Youtube. Then you just go into your Reports account, select GA source in your dashboard, select the new property that you made and now you can pull and track all the data you need. Hi! Thanks for coming back! :)1. We don’t have Twitter integration for now, but as for Google Sheets - yes, you can add two Google Sheets accounts to the same dashboard. You can even export your Twitter data to Google Sheets and import it into Reportz as well.2. One widget can display data from only one Google Sheets tab. You can do your calculations in a new tab, and then pull that data into your widget.3. And lastly, yup, each of your widgets will display their dates independently. The only thing to do is format your tabs properly and everything will work fine.

You're more than welome!The date on the widget can (but does not have to) match the date which is selected on the date picker. There is a box (once you’re creating your widget) that says the following: “Should we apply date range when fetching rows?”Basically, if you check the box - the date is dynamic and it changes along with the dashboard. If you do not - the widget will pull all data that you have on your sheet, and it will “ignore” the date picker :)I hope this makes sense, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have further questions.

There is an option for your to put descriptions directly into widgets and also you can make separate text widgets if you wish where you can write whatever you want. You can also add pictures to text widgets if that's what you want.|2. Our interface is in English only, but our dashboards and widgets are completely customizable which means you can name them in whatever language you want. You can change the title of widgets, widget descriptions, and the name of a dashboard. You can rename a widget by clicking on the Edit button inside the widget.|3. Every widget is represented with a graph. When making a widget you have a choice between a few chart style options, such as a Line chart, Area chart, Bar chart, Pie chart, Radar chart, Gauge, Table, Number. You can also filter out specific Google Ad Groups in a widget without a problem.|You can also make a trial account, and try out all of these and many other options. :)|Also if you have any more questions I'd be glad to answer them :D

Hi everyone!|You would need to make a new property in Google Analytics after that go into your Youtube account and input GA tracking ID into Youtube. Then you just go into your Reports account, select GA source in your dashboard, select the new property that you made and now you can pull and track all the data you need. Thanks for coming back... questions:|If a client has two twitter accounts or two google sheets (gmail) accounts, is it possible to add them to the same dashboard?|When adding widgets for google sheets, is it possible to do calculated charts from values in columns from different tabs? i.e. gross sales divided by number of transactions.|Finally, if I've got two tabs in a google sheet, one having weekly dates for entries and one having daily dates for entries... can each widget represent these dates independently? Hi! Thanks for coming back! :)1. We don’t have Twitter integration for now, but as for Google Sheets - yes, you can add two Google Sheets accounts to the same dashboard. You can even export your Twitter data to Google Sheets and import it into Reportz as well.2. One widget can display data from only one Google Sheets tab. You can do your calculations in a new tab, and then pull that data into your widget.3. And lastly, yup, each of your widgets will display their dates independently. The only thing to do is format your tabs properly and everything will work fine.

You're more than welome!The date on the widget can (but does not have to) match the date which is selected on the date picker. There is a box (once you’re creating your widget) that says the following: “Should we apply date range when fetching rows?”Basically, if you check the box - the date is dynamic and it changes along with the dashboard. If you do not - the widget will pull all data that you have on your sheet, and it will “ignore” the date picker :)I hope this makes sense, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have further questions.

There is an option for your to put descriptions directly into widgets and also you can make separate text widgets if you wish where you can write whatever you want. You can also add pictures to text widgets if that's what you want.|2. Our interface is in English only, but our dashboards and widgets are completely customizable which means you can name them in whatever language you want. You can change the title of widgets, widget descriptions, and the name of a dashboard. You can rename a widget by clicking on the Edit button inside the widget.|3. Every widget is represented with a graph. When making a widget you have a choice between a few chart style options, such as a Line chart, Area chart, Bar chart, Pie chart, Radar chart, Gauge, Table, Number. You can also filter out specific Google Ad Groups in a widget without a problem.|You can also make a trial account, and try out all of these and many other options. :)|Also if you have any more questions I'd be glad to answer them :D

I'd want to integrate ActiveCampaign & BigMarker with Zapier. But AC is a huge one. ThriveCart and Stripe too. This looks like exactly what I want but without the ability to pull data from sources I need, it's a bust.

Hello Sumo-ling!|There is an option for you to import your data through CSV, directly into the dashboard. I'd want to integrate ActiveCampaign & BigMarker with Zapier. But AC is a huge one. ThriveCart and Stripe too. This looks like exactly what I want but without the ability to pull data from sources I need, it's a bust.

To piggyback on what's already been said, without a webhook or Zapier integration, I'm afraid this won't do what I need.|I'd like to be able to pull data in from - WooCommerce (which I believe is already supported)- Drip|Just these two should allow us to track everything we'd need to track for our SaaS.|Thanks!

Hello Sumo-ling!|There is an option for you to import your data through CSV, directly into the dashboard. Although, we do have an alternative way of how you can connect Youtube and Twitter with Reportz, where you can track Youtube data with Google Analytics. Hi everyone!|You would need to make a new property in Google Analytics after that go into your Youtube account and input GA tracking ID into Youtube. Then you just go into your Reports account, select GA source in your dashboard, select the new property that you made and now you can pull and track all the data you need. Thanks for coming back... questions:|If a client has two twitter accounts or two google sheets (gmail) accounts, is it possible to add them to the same dashboard?|When adding widgets for google sheets, is it possible to do calculated charts from values in columns from different tabs? i.e. gross sales divided by number of transactions.|Finally, if I've got two tabs in a google sheet, one having weekly dates for entries and one having daily dates for entries... can each widget represent these dates independently? (want to make sure dates are not global per sheet)|Thanks!

Hi! Thanks for coming back! :)1. We don’t have Twitter integration for now, but as for Google Sheets - yes, you can add two Google Sheets accounts to the same dashboard. You can even export your Twitter data to Google Sheets and import it into Reportz as well.2. One widget can display data from only one Google Sheets tab. You can do your calculations in a new tab, and then pull that data into your widget.3. And lastly, yup, each of your widgets will display their dates independently. The only thing to do is format your tabs properly and everything will work fine.

You're more than welome!The date on the widget can (but does not have to) match the date which is selected on the date picker. There is a box (once you’re creating your widget) that says the following: “Should we apply date range when fetching rows?”Basically, if you check the box - the date is dynamic and it changes along with the dashboard. If you do not - the widget will pull all data that you have on your sheet, and it will “ignore” the date picker :)I hope this makes sense, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have further questions.

There is an option for your to put descriptions directly into widgets and also you can make separate text widgets if you wish where you can write whatever you want. You can also add pictures to text widgets if that's what you want.|2. Our interface is in English only, but our dashboards and widgets are completely customizable which means you can name them in whatever language you want. You can change the title of widgets, widget descriptions, and the name of a dashboard. You can rename a widget by clicking on the Edit button inside the widget.|3. Every widget is represented with a graph. When making a widget you have a choice between a few chart style options, such as a Line chart, Area chart, Bar chart, Pie chart, Radar chart, Gauge, Table, Number. You can also filter out specific Google Ad Groups in a widget without a problem.|You can also make a trial account, and try out all of these and many other options. :)|Also if you have any more questions I'd be glad to answer them :D
