When connecting Google Sheets dashboards to Reportz, you have the option to filter your metrics by the date range of the dashboard.

To do this, you need to format your spreadsheets in such a way so the dates are inserted in the first column (A) of the rows you want to show.

One other thing to have in mind is that the label (B) column must always have unique values.

How to Configure Google Sheet Widget for this Purpose

During the process of creating a widget within which you want to show data from a particular date range, make sure you tick the following boxes:

Is first row header?

Is first column label?

Should we apply date range when fetching rows?

After this, simply choose the metrics you want to show in your report, and create your widget.

The best way you can set up your Google Sheets spreadsheet is by checking out our Reportz Template for Google Sheet & creating a copy of it for your Google Account.
